La una din precedentele şedinţe ale Guvernului, ministrul Finanţelor, Octavian Armaşu a fost surprins cu mâinile în buzunare. Noi nu ştim dacă aceasta e de bine sau de rău, dar cert este că nu în fiecare zi îl vezi aşa pe ministrul Finanţelor. Dvs. ce credeţi?
