Iurie Ciocan, şeful Centrului de Implementare a Reformelor, are o agendă, în care probabil îşi notează toate ideile ce ţin de reformele din Moldova. Deoarece reformele sale lovesc destul de dureros în organele administraţiei publice, probabil nu există demnitar de stat din Moldova care să nu-şi dorească să arunce măcar o privire în această agendă. Dle Ciocan, când ne permiteţi să aruncăm şi noi o privire în agenda Dvs.?
