The Central Election Commission (CEC) today announced that 38 of the 45 political parties have presented the annual report on the financial management of the party for 2017.

According to the commission, among the formations that presented the reports are: the Democratic Party of Moldova, European People’s Party of Moldova, Liberal Party, Party of Socialists of Moldova, Party of Communists, Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Action and Solidarity Party, Dignity and Truth Platform Party, Our Party and Shor Party.

Under the legislation, the political parties that have not submitted reports on financial management within the deadline and format set by the commission or presented incomplete data in the report risk a fine of up to 15,000 lei.
