La precedenta şedinţă a Guvernului, Stela Grigoraş, ministrul Sănătăţii, Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale, încerca să-l convingă de ceva pe Vladimir Cebotari, ministrul Justiţiei, folosind în acest sens şi calculatorul din faţa sa.
