The members and leadership of Moldova’s Democratic Party (PDM) will convene at the national political council on 14 December and within the formation’s political bureau on 15 December. The spokesman for the Democrats, Vitalie Gamurari, made statements to this effect at the end of the party’s weekly meeting today.
According to Gamurari, the participants in the meetings of the national political council and the political bureau will discuss the results achieved in 2017 and the goals and strategies for 2018 – an electoral year.
Also today, Vitalie Gamurari unveiled the findings of a social and political barometer, conducted at an order by PDM, which shows that the number of Moldovans opting for the country’s European development vector and of those appreciating the authorities’ efforts has increased in the last time. The same opinion poll shows that the rating of the PDM leadership, as well as of the party’s delegates to the government and parliament has increased significantly.
