Şeful Centrului pentru Implementarea Reformelor, Iurie Ciocan se pare că e adeptul hainelor „personalizate”, adică a celor cu iniţialele posesorului. Într-o astfel de cămaşă el a venit şi la precedenta şedinţă a Guvernului. Dle Ciocan, noi zicem că hainele cu iniţiale sunt o chestie tare bună. Nu e scump, e stilat şi e cu gust. Apropo, ce haine cu iniţiale mai aveţi, Dle Ciocan?
