La precedenta şedinţă a Guvernului, vicepremierul Gheorghe Bălan, responsabil de reintegrarea ţării, a fost surprins discutând cu Irina Vlah, Başcanul Găgăuziei. Dle Bălan, discuţia a fost una amicală, ca între colegi de Guvern, sau aveţi împuterniciri suplimentare, cum ar fi şi dialogul cu Comratul, pe lângă dialogul cu Tiraspolul?
