Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Lilian Darii received today the Ambassador Agréé of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Moldova, Julia Monar.

Deputy Minister Darii wished Ambassador Monar success in her new capacity and assured her of the Moldovan side’s full support.

The two officials elaborated on issues related to the current stage and the perspectives of development of the bilateral relations. They reiterated the mutual interest in strengthening the bilateral political dialogue and deepening the trade and economic ties.

Deputy Minister Darii thanked for the substantial technical assistance that the Federal Republic of Germany has been offering to our country, underlining the importance of this support for the democratic, economic and social transformations in the Republic of Moldova.

For her part, Ambassador Julia Monar assured the Moldovan official of the readiness of the German authorities to further support of the reform process of the Republic of Moldova.
