De obicei, îngândurat, serios, grav, deputatul liberal-democrat Iurie Ţap, totuşi, are şi momente când e vesel. În unul din aceste momente l-a surprins recent fotoreporterul nostru. Vă propunem să-l admiraţi şi dvs. pe Iurie Ţap în ipostaze în care nu-l vezi în fiecare zi.
