Ion Creangă, juristul Parlamentului, pe bună dreptate poate fi considerat cel mai bun cunoscător al legislaţiei Republicii Moldova. De decenii el acordă suport deputaţilor în elaborarea actelor legislative şi deseori, când ajung în impas, legiuitorii îi cer sfatul. Dle Creangă, dacă toţi juriştii din RM ar fi la fel de pregătiţi şi la fel de corecţi ca Dvs., justiţia noastră ar putea ajunge pe primele locuri în topurile mondiale de profil.
