La precedenta şedinţă a Guvernului, majoritatea demnitarilor păreau bine dispuşi, iar ministrul interimar al Apărării, Gheorghe Galbură – îndeosebi. El a fost tot un zâmbet, iar de multe ori a râs cu mare poftă. Dle Galbură, putem afla şi noi care a fost motivul veseliei Dvs.?
