Kazbek Taisaev, observator internaţional în cadrul misiunii de monitorizare a CSI, era prezent, în ziua alegerilor, la secţia de votare unde şi-a exercitat dreptul de vot Preşedintele ales, Igor Dodon. Observatorul purta la piept o insignă pe care era scris „Верховный Совет СССР» (Consiliul Suprem al URSS). Să fie vorba doar de o nostalgie după fosta URSS sau e ceva mai mult?
