La precedenta şedinţă a Guvernului, ministrul Finanţelor, Octavian Armaşu a venit zâmbind enigmatic. Aducându-ne aminte de câte surprize neplăcute le-a oferit contribuabililor în acest an, nu putem să nu ne întrebăm: Ce a mai pus la cale Octavian Armaşu? La ce să ne aşteptăm, Dle ministru?
